U.S. Flag Order Form

All flags purchased through Congress are made in the USA.

You may have your flag flown over the U.S. Capitol for an additional charge of $4.05 per flag. Flags are flown 365 days a year and you may select the date you would like your flag flown. A certificate of authenticity is included with your flag.

There is a charge of $4.00 per flag for shipping and handling. You may pick up the flag from the Washington office to avoid this charge.

If you would like your flag mailed to another address, please indicate name and address of recipient on the back of the form.

If you're planning on flying your flag outside, nylon is recommended.

Your order must be received at least four weeks in advance. Please allow four to five weeks for delivery after flying.

My office cannot accept flag requests over the Internet or on the telephone because we must pay for the flags before they can be flown. A check for the complete amount must accompany your request before my staff can order your flag.
